Infrastructure
School safety is the responsibility of everyone – staff, students and parents. The school has procedures in place to ensure that the physical environment of the school is safe.
There is only a single access point of entrance for visitors, which is closely monitored at various points. Visitor's policy requires every visitor to sign in or show proper identification or wear ID tags. The campus is under close circuit camera surveillance
In a quiet neighborhood, the campus is spacious, well-lit and ventilated rooms and landscaped grounds, resplendent with courtyards, fruit trees and flowering plants. Every detail of the campus — both inside the classrooms and outside — has been specially designed to ensure a safe, appealing and stimulating environment, utilizing a cohesive synergy of nature and state-of-art technology.
It has a large playground with basketball court, Lawn tennis, skating, swimming pool as outdoor activities. School offers Library, Karate, Science lab, Computer lab, English lab, AV room, Music, Dance, Art and Craft activities along with clay modeling to its precious students. We offer language enrichment programs in our school I.e., ERP (English Enrichment Program) and HRP (Hindi Enrichment Program).
PHYSICS LAB
In the field of education learning by doing is one of the best method. The knowledge gained in this method will remain forever and also it creates many attitudes among the students such as – skill of assemblage, skill of drawing figures, skill of application, skill of observations, skill of enquiry and the skill of drawing conclusions etc. The theory classes are in association with labs to satisfy the desires of the students.
The physics lab is manned by experienced faculty with decades of experience in teaching and also conducting practical experiments to help the student to understand various laws of physics and their practical experiences. The lab has open, airy, spacious, well ventilated and with all the equipment’s essentially needed for the carrying of experiments. An essential part of CBSE is the practical exams which consists of practical marks. Students must know all the prescribed experiments and their procedures in details before facing the examinations. There will be practical based questions and theory examinations
CHEMISTRY LAB
Chemistry lab is well equipped to enable the students to perform their experiments. Safety measures are given the most importance for both the students & the staff. The lab is equipped with an alarm which detect the leakage of LPG. The lab is fully equipped with the chemicals, Burners, slotted weights and all the accessories necessary to the lab. Here students learn the techniques of the preparation, identification and estimation of chemical substances. The lab is equipped with exhaust fans, balance region, students working table and demonstration tables etc.
BIOLOGY LAB
Biology is well equipped with a vast collection of specimens catering to botany and zoology curricula. This also includes marine forms collected by the students during the field / educational trips. With all the above Biology lab also comprises charts of its own in order to communicate the complex/ abstract concepts visually & comprehensively to the students in the course of time. All these are safely maintained. It is a modern research infrastructure. Providing a broad range of biological and biochemical techniques with in-depth practical training offered by an experience staff. Lab activity and enquiry provide students with opportunities to question, observe sample experience and experiments with scientific phenomena in their quest for knowledge of living things.
COMPUTER LAB
The school has well equipped computer lab with internet and LAN and WI FI connectivity for all the classes. The lab has a projector for the audio – visual demonstrations which lead to effective delivery of the curriculum, while dealing abstract and complex concepts to the students. The lab is equipped with 25 sets of computers in order to commemorate the strength of each class during the regular course of time. Computer lab enhances the scientific and technological research and invention capacity of students. Students learns programming, automation and computer skills to define their career goals and jobs opportunities.
Transportation
All members of our staff receive extensive routine training in driving, housekeeping and first aid. A matron accompanies children in every trip. She is trained regularly to handle every contingency and ensures the safety of all children under her care.
Efficiently mapped-out bus routes ensure that children spend the least amount of time travelling to and from school. Every bus is fitted with speed governors and Global Positioning Systems (GPS) allowing constant tracking and communication.
