Was highly efficient and worked at different capacities over a span of 5 years at different schools & colleges. He had sound psychological knowledge abundant school knowledge. He had written science and Mathematics notes for the classes 6 – 12 in an abstract sense. He had also prepared 200 Mathematics Working models pertaining to state, CBSE and ICSE Boards. All these are to develop scientific temper among the students and teachers, to remember the concepts forever, to develop application attitude, enquiry, analysis, synthesis and to develop young scientists to the society.
A leader is one who leads the group Teaching is not just a job, It’s not just our profession. It’s what we believe.

Teaching is the noblest profession on the earth. The teachers are moving with living files but all other professions are moving with dead files. Hence the teachers should be prompt, honest, highly calibered, always a learner, adaptive and take a challenge in reaching all the respects. Every student is an asset of our society. Hence no one student was ignored, every student was given a due importance & mould his/her personality over a span of 10 years. Our teachers, other staff members are humorous and whole hearted in discharging their duties & to attain the holistic personality of all the students.

How to build strong base for the future of the students?
We focus on developing the child’s confidence in his own skills and capabilities so that he/she is future ready in the competitive world .
We teach children to work in groups & think critically to solve problems.
We teach children to tolerate ambiguities. We appoint teachers who can learn, unlearn & relearn and the same is taught to children.

Does learning happen outside the classroom?
At The new empress public English higher primary SCHOOL. LINGADAHALLI, we focus a lot on community outreach programs, field trips, as we believe in learning by seeing and doing. Some of the community outreach activities are

How safe are the learning spaces?
Apart from ensuring the physical safety of the child with a child friendly atmosphere, we focus on emotional safety of the child as well. We don’t believe in Corporal Punishments. We know that children will make mistakes but our approach to helping them correct it is responsible and innovative.

How are children assessed?
Formative and Summative assessments (CCE) as per the guidelines of CBSE. We work with children of different levels and with continuous remedial classes and assessments all are brought to the same level. We don’t focus only on the top layer of students but believe in bringing all at the same level. Our assessments consist of observations, interviews, journals and anecdotes beyond the usual pen and paper tests.

Are there different learning speeds.
We lay a lot of emphasis on inclusive education & remedial plans. Some periods are dedicated effectively for Mathematics & Language to focus on children of different levels

Are involvements and achievements outside academics encouraged and supported.
Children who participate in tournaments and competitions outside school often miss school regularly. The school helps these children by providing extra support for them and tailoring the academics for them.

What is the value system of the school?
We believe that values can’t be taught in a period. It is to be practiced regularly. We believe that children follow what we do rather than what we preach. We also believe that parenting is an art and counseling sessions are conducted regularly.
